Meet Our Staff

Our staff welcomes you to the office of Dr. James L. Robbins.

Our receptionist and appointment manager is Amy, insurance submission and billing is handled by Karen the insurance manager, and our surgical assistants are Lisa and Elise. So that you may feel more comfortable when you call and talk to us we have provided some pertinent information about our qualified team.

Amy is most likely the first person you will speak to when you call the office to schedule an appointment. It is her job to make your appointment scheduling as easy as possible and to answer your questions or direct you to the person who will be able to help you.
Layla is a certified dental assistant and has been Dental Radiology certified. She will be one of my assistants to take care of you before, during and after your visit or procedure. She is currently a student at Delaware County Community College to further her education, and on her free time she sings in a band part-time.
Karen is the person who will be handling your insurance claims and questions. She will also be the one trying to solve the problems the insurance companies can sometimes create. She has been in the medical field for over 30 years, and left the radiology field to work in Dr. Robbins’ office over 10 years ago. Lisa is a Certified Surgical Technician and has been Dental Radiology Certified. She has lived in Delaware County her entire life. She loves working in the health care field, and has experienced the pleasure of working with all ages, from children to the elderly. She loves helping people and strives to be a positive role model for her child and community.
Elise is a certified medical assistant and has been Dental Radiology certified. She will be one of my assistants to take care of you before, during and after your visit or procedure. If you have any questions pertaining to your procedure, she will be able to help you.
